Oh, my, New York’s City Council has a problem with Charter schools. What to do? What to do?

In "Demonizing Charters," Seth Baron writes that "At a recent New York City Council hearing, education committee chairman Daniel Dromm denounced the city’s charter schools, calling them a “separate and unequal” system of education that borders on “apartheid.”"
