Apartheid Survivor Dixie Kolditz Praises Virtues of Free Market System

Apartheid survivor and small business owner Dixie Kolditz gave a heart warming, well received speech on her experiences in leaving South Africa and becoming an American Citizen and small business owner. The speech was given on Saturday, April 27 at the 2013 Lincoln Day Dinner Celebration, hosted by the Clark County Washington GOP, and held at the beautiful Heathman Lodge in Vancouver Washington.
