It seems that Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., even though he was born in the United States, doesn't like his country. Carter is better known as the rapper Lil Wayne. For my money, compared to departed rappers like Tupac Shakur and the Notorious B.I.G., Carter is a no-talent hack.
