Black Conservatism in America Pt1

Dole Institute Fellow Joseph C. Phillips is joined by Ken Blackwell, former Mayor of Cincinnati. He was the first African-American to be the candidate for governor of a major party in Ohio. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Republican National Committee's Platform Committee and was a candidate for chairman of the RNC.

Robert Traynham has been a part of the Washington political scene for over fifteen years and was consistently ranked as one of the most powerful staffers on Capitol Hill during his tenure in government.

He has worked extensively for the Congressional leadership as a top Communications professional, and has significant experience with both presidential and senatorial political campaigns. Both give their views on modern issues black conservatives face today.
