Dole Institute Fellow Joseph C. Phillips is joined by Ken Blackwell, former Mayor of Cincinnati. He was the first African-American to be the candidate for governor of a major party in Ohio. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Republican National Committee's Platform Committee and was a candidate for chairman of the RNC.

Robert Traynham has been a part of the Washington political scene for over fifteen years and was consistently ranked as one of the most powerful staffers on Capitol Hill during his tenure in government.
