Elbert Guillory jumps in race for Louisiana lieutenant governor

State Sen. Elbert Guillory, R-Opelousas, will run for Louisiana lieutenant governor in 2015. Guillory posted the announcement as a video on his Facebook page on Thursday morning. The news was first reported by KLFY.com on Wednesday night.
